All projects begin with a minimum 30% advance payment. This advance confirms your booking and allows us to allocate time, resources, and attention to your project. Once the advance is received, we begin the initial stages, such as planning, research, and design preparation. Without this payment, we are unable to start any work.

 

Before placing an order, we encourage clients to clearly define their requirements. This includes sharing necessary content such as text, images, logos, and any design references or ideas. Clear communication at the beginning helps us understand your vision and ensures the final result meets your expectations.

 

Once the project begins, we follow a structured and collaborative workflow:

  • Understanding your requirements
  • Planning and design
  • Development and optimization
  • Review and revisions
  • Final delivery

At different stages, your feedback and approval may be required. We always value your input and aim to make the process as collaborative as possible.

Clients are responsible for:

  1. Providing all necessary content on time
  2. Responding to feedback and updates promptly
  3. Reviewing and approving work within a reasonable timeframe

Please note that delays in communication or content submission may affect the overall project timeline. While we do our best to stay on schedule, we are not responsible for delays caused by missing input from the client side.

 

Each package includes a specific number of revisions. We are happy to make adjustments within the agreed scope. If additional revisions or major changes are requested beyond the original plan, extra charges may apply, which will always be discussed in advance.

 

Final delivery is completed only after full payment is made. We ensure a proper and smooth handover once all dues are cleared.
