Our working process includes requirement collection, planning, design, development, revisions, and final delivery. We ensure that each step is completed with proper communication and client approval. Clients are expected to provide accurate information, necessary content, and timely feedback to avoid delays.

Regarding refunds, the advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started. Due to the nature of digital services, completed work cannot be reversed. However, we always aim to maintain client satisfaction through clear communication and revisions within the agreed scope. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, or external tools. While we follow best practices for performance and SEO, we do not guarantee specific rankings or business results.
